Last month when we successfully charged your credit card on xxxxx/2008 we were MOTO as well so it looks like this was recently changed with your bank. I had assumed we were set up for e-commerce as according to our Merchant application we had asked for e-commerce but they made a mistake and listed us as MOTO instead. We are in the process of getting this changed. I am going to keep your ticket open and as soon as this is changed we will process your renewal. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We will not suspend your account even if it takes a little longer on our end to get fixed.
